Syntax
:MASK:CREate
Description
Creates the pass/fail test mask according to the current setting.
Remarks
This command is invalid after the pass/fail test operation starts (refer to the :MASK:OPERate
command).
For the horizontal tolerance range in the pass/fail test mask, refer to the :MASK:X command; for the
vertical tolerance range in the pass/fail test mask, refer to the :MASK:Y command.
:MASK:DATA
Syntax
:MASK:DATA <mask>
:MASK:DATA?
Description
Sends or reads the data stream of the pass/fail test mask.

Remarks
<mask> is a binary data block, which consists of the TMC data block header and MASK data.
The format of the TMC data block header is #NX...X. Wherein, # is the start identifier of the data
stream; the N figures "X...X"(N≤9) following the start identifier indicate the length of the data
stream (the number of bytes).
For example, #9000001408.
Wherein, N is 9, 000001408 following it represents that the data stream contains 1408 bytes of
effective data.
The MASK data is in ASCII format.
