When [<chan>] is omitted, the command, by default, applies to the currently set measurement source
(refer to the :MEASure:SOURce command).
Return Format
The query returns the average value, current value, standard deviation, maximum value, or minimum value
in scientific notation. When the measurement results are invalid, the query returns 9.9e37.

:MEASure:HISTory:DISPlay

Syntax
:MEASure:HISTory:DISPlay <bool>
:MEASure:HISTory:DISPlay?
Description
Turns on or off the measurement history; or queries the on/off status of the measurement history.

Remarks
The measurement history cannot be turned on when there is no measurement item.
You can use the :MEASure:HISTory:DMODe command to set the display form of the history data.

The query returns 1 or 0.

Syntax
:MEASure:HISTory:DMODe <mode>
:MEASure:HISTory:DMODe?
Description
Sets or queries the display form of the history data.

TABLe: displays the measurement history in table. The last 10 measurement results of at most 5
measurement items that are turned on last time can be displayed.
GRAPh: displays the measurement history in graph. The measurement points are connected through
the linear interpolation.
