Description
Stops the waveform analysis.
Remarks
After the waveform analysis is stopped, you can use the :FUNCtion:WANalyze:STARt command to restart
the waveform analysis.

Description
Creates the test mask according to the current settings (the test mask range, horizontal tolerance range,
and vertical tolerance range).
