Chapter 2 Command System

:MASK:SOURce

Syntax
:MASK:SOURce <source>
:MASK:SOURce?
Description
Sets or queries the source channel of the pass/fail test.

Only the currently enabled channel (refer to the :CHANnel<n>:DISPlay command) can be selected as the
source channel.
Return Format
The query returns CHAN1, CHAN2, CHAN3, or CHAN4.

:MASK:TOTal?

Syntax
:MASK:TOTal?
Description
Queries the total number of frames in the pass/fail test results.
Return Format
The query returns an integer.

:MASK:X

Syntax
:MASK:X <x>
:MASK:X?
Description
Sets or queries the horizontal tolerance range of the pass/fail test mask. The default unit is div (in the
horizontal direction).

The query returns the horizontal tolerance range in scientific notation.
