5.3.6.3.2 Email Schedule

You can configure the email schedule on this page. The selected event Email alerts will be sent
out by the scheduled time. For example, if you set up Motion on Sunday between 6-8am, the
Motion Email alerts will only be sent out between 6-8am on Sunday.
Channel: Select a channel to configure the email schedule individually.
Motion: Click the Motion button on the right-side and then move your mouse cursor over the
schedule time blocks. The first line of the time block on each day is the Motion time blocks.
Click and drag on the schedule time blocks to draw the blocks with green color, which will be
applied with motion email alert function. Note that for this function to work, you will have to
configure the motion settings in advance (please refer to 5.3.5.1 Motion Detection).
Alarm (IO): Click the Alarm button on the right-side and then move your mouse cursor over the
schedule time blocks. The second line of the time block on each day is the IO time blocks. Click
and drag on the schedule time blocks to draw the blocks with yellow color, which will be
applied with IO email alert function. Note that for this function to work, you will have to
configure the IO settings in advance (please refer to 5.3.5.3 I/O).
Exception (HDD full, HDD error or Video Loss): Click the Exception button on the right-side and
then move your mouse cursor over the schedule time blocks. The third line of the time block on
each day is the Exception time blocks. Click and drag on the schedule time blocks to draw the
blocks with red color, which will be applied with exception email alert function. Note that for
