This is how you perform the software update:
1.
Download the machine-specific update from the Dürkopp
Adler website (https://software.duerkopp-adler.com/maschi-
nenprogramme.html).
The program is packed in a .zip-file, the name consists of
the part number of the program, the software version and
the date, i. e. 9899_080600_000_A01.0.4_2013-12-10.zip
2.
Unpack the .zip-file on a Dürkopp Adler USB key (part number
9835 301003).
The update file has the ending .dacimg.
3.
Insert the USB key (2) in the USB port (3) at the control (1).
4.
Switch on the machine.
The update starts. The LEDs (4) light up.
The update is finished when only the POWER LED glows.
Important
5.
Calibrate the electronic thread tension ( Service Instruc-
tions).
The machine is ready to sew.
