About these instructions
These instructions for the 650-10 have been prepared with utmost
care. They contain information and notes intended to ensure long-
term and reliable operation.

These instructions are intended for:
• Operators:
This group is familiar with the machine and has access to
the instructions. Specifically, chapter
Operation ( p. 19) is important for the operators.
• Specialists:
This group has the appropriate technical training for per-
forming maintenance on the sewing unit or repairing mal-
functions. Specifically, the chapter Setup ( p. 117) is
important for specialists.
Service Instructions are supplied separately.
With regard to minimum qualification and other requirements to be
met by personnel, please also follow the chapter Safety ( p. 9).
