Silo volume calculation

Function
From the fill level the function block calculates the volume depending on the silo geometry.
The length units at the "Fill height" input and at the four dimension function parameters must
be identical. For example, if the fill level is specified in meters (m), the diameters and the two
height outputs must also be specified in meters (m). In this case, the result is output in cubic

Description
Alarm display
0: Current drainage Q lower than the drainage
limit value
1: Current drainage Q equal to or higher than
the drainage limit value
You can for example use the Alarm to display flood-
ing (incomplete flow) or other evaluations.
Error display:
0: Block processing completed without errors
1: Negative height
Description
Enable parameter, see section Often used parame-
ters (Page 252).
The value of the input is included in the calculation
of the fill volume.
The fill height must be between 0 and the sum of
the height of the cylindrical section and the height of
the cone-shaped section of the silo. Otherwise the
Error output is set and the result of the calculation
cannot be used.
Make sure you have the same length unit at the
input and in the function parameters.
