Digital input 2 to 7 for binary inputs
If you use the two inputs for binary digital inputs, note that under certain circumstances this
can lead to bouncing effects. For binary digital inputs you should preferably use digital inputs
2 to 7.
Parameters
Depending on the configuration of the tags as counters or binary inputs, the parameters
differ.
● Active
● Name
● Type
Assign the tags to one of the following types:
– Binary input
– Event counter (max. 5kHz)
– Usage meter (max. 5 kHz)
● Initial value
Only with counters: Enter an initial value that the tag uses as a basic value.
● Counter type
Only with event counters
– Incremental
– Decremental
● Pulse weighting: amount
With usage meters, the parameter is used for the calculation to convert the sensor value
to the process value (number of pulses per physical unit).
Enter the amount that corresponds to the number of pulses specified in the row below.
● Pulse weighting: number of pulses
With usage meters, the parameter is used for the calculation to convert the sensor value
to the process value (number of pulses per physical unit).
Enter the number of pulses to which the amount specified in the row above corresponds.
● Current value
With event counters and binary inputs: Display of the value of the input
