The block is called by the cyclic program if a 1 is present at the configured input.
If the input is inverted, the block is called when there is a 0 at the input.
● STATUS_ERROR
The block is only called by the cyclic program if a diagnostics message of the class
"ERROR" or "FATAL" is generated.
Input parameter "Trigger"
Input parameter of the "Trigger" type initiate the execution of the respective program block
with the edge transition 0 → 1. The input must be reset to 0 by the by the user program. In
the inverted form, a trigger starts block processing with the edge change 1 → 0.
The possible values of the parameter have the following meaning:
● True
In this setting, the trigger triggers block processing only in the first cycle. The block is
processed only once.
● False
With this setting, the block is not processed.
● STATUS_ERROR
The block is only called on an edge change, this means if a diagnostics message of the
class "ERROR" or "FATAL" is generated.
Input parameter "Reset"
The input parameter resets a digital input and and resets the output of the block to zero or
the start value.
With the exception of the latching relay the input parameter "Reset" is optional.
The possible values of the parameter have the following meaning:
● True
With this setting the other inputs are ignored. The block is not processed.
● False
The block is processed in every cycle.
● STATUS_ERROR
The block is only called on an edge change, this means if a diagnostics message of the
class "ERROR" or "FATAL" is generated.
