● Password
Password for the encryption of the e-mail attachments.
The attachments can only be decrypted with this password.
● Additional communication cycle at a number of buffered e-mails
Here, you can enter the number of stored e-mails as of which the RTU runs through an
additional communication cycle. This ensures that all stored messages are sent.
The RTU stores up to 12 e-mails that should not or cannot be sent immediately for
example because the connection to the SMTP server is disrupted. When this number is
reached and further messages are generated, the messages generated last are
discarded.
Range of values: 0 ... 12
If "0" is entered, the memory for data e-mails is limited to 11 and there is no change to the
communication mode. If there are already 11 data e-mails stored and further data e-mails
are generated, the messages generated last are discarded. This allows the sending of at
least one e-mail which has the attribute "Change immediately to communication mode".
E-mails that bring about an immediate change to the communication mode can be
configured on the following pages:

– Diagnostics > Notifications
– Operating mode > Logging
– Operating mode > Power supply
– Program > Block "Send e-mail" > parameter "Send immediately"
Test e-mail
Here, for example, you can send a test e-mail during commissioning.
● Recipient group
Here, enter the recipient group for the message. You configure recipient groups on the
WBM page "Users / groups > Recipient groups".
● Subject
You select the subject of the message here. You configure the subject and the text of the
message on the WBM page "Tags" > "Texts".
● Send test e-mail
Triggers the sending of the test e-mail.
