If the time is specified without a time zone (time offset) the RTU uses its local time.
● Text with specified deadline when there is a time offset between the sender of the SMS
message and the RTU
If the mobile phone and the RTU are in different time zones, you need to add the time
zone of your mobile phone according to UTC notation. The specification of the time zone
of the mobile phone must include "+" or "-" and the two digit hours and minutes part.
Permitted values for the UTC offset are "-12:00" to "+14:00" in minutes resolution.
The RTU connects at the time specified in the SMS message plus/minus the time offset.

If the seconds are not specified, the RTU uses "00" for the seconds.
TELESERVICE YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:00+02:00
The mobile phone is located in central Europe (+ 1 h) in daylight saving time (+ 1 h).
The time offset adds up to + 2 hours.
TELESERVICE YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:00-08:00
The mobile phone is located in Canada (- 8 h) without a switchover to daylight saving
time.
