Here you configure the data of the communications partner of the RTU (master) and the
transfer settings for connection establishment.
Parameters
The following data needs to be configured:
● Active
Enable the option to enable the communication between the RTU and its communications
partner.
● IP address master station
IP address of the master
If you configure "0.0.0.0" the RTU accepts a master with any IP address.
● IP address master station (alternative)
If there is a second master: IP address of the second master
If the address of the first master is configured with 0.0.0.0, the address of the second
master must also be configured with 0.0.0.0.
Enable or disable redundancy
Redundancy is enabled if both addresses are not configured with "0.0.0.0".
Redundancy is disabled if both addresses or the second address is configured with
"0.0.0.0".
● Port number
Number of the listener port of the RTU
Range of values: 0 .. 65535
Default: 2404:
