Select the required measured variable (measurement type) and the required output signal
or the temperature measuring range:
– Voltage
– Current (2-wire connector)
– Current (4-wire connector)
– Temperature (Pt1000)
● Power supply
If you want to supply the sensor with voltage from the RTU, select the option "ON". The
voltage X40 and X42 can only be turned on with a lead time before every update cycle.
The lead time is formed from the settling time and integration time times the smoothing
factor.
With current sensors the option is preset with "ON".
● Settling time of the sensor (ms)
The settling time is the time the sensor requires to return a stable measured value after
turning on the power supply.
Range of values: 0 .. 30000 ms
The sum of the settling time and integration time multiplied by the smoothing factor must
not exceed the time of the update cycle (basic cycle multiplied by reduction factor).
