4 POSITIONING DEDICATED SIGNALS
(a) Servo amplifier type (#8000+20n) ............................................ Monitor device
This register stores the servo amplifier type for each axis at the servo
amplifier power supply ON.
• 0 .............. Unused
• 256 ......... MR-J3- B
MR-J3W- B (For 2-axis type)
• 257 ......... MR-J3- B-RJ006 (For fully closed loop control)
MR-J3- B Safety (For drive safety servo)
• 258 ......... MR-J3- B-RJ004 (For Linear servo motor)
• 263 ......... MR-J3- B-RJ080W (For direct drive motor)
• 4096 ....... MR-J4- B
MR-J4W- B (For 2-axis type, 3-axis type)
It is not cleared even if the servo amplifier power supply turns OFF.
(b) Motor current (#8001+20n) ....................................................... Monitor device
This register stores the motor current ( 0.1[%]) (signed) read from the servo
amplifier.
(c) Motor speed (#8002+20n, #8003+20n) .................................... Monitor device
This register stores the motor speed ( 0.1[r/min]) (signed) read from the
servo amplifier.
The motor speed ( 0.1[mm/s]) (signed) is stored at linear servo use.
(d) Command speed (#8004+20n, #8005+20n)............................. Monitor device
This register stores the speed (signed) at which command value to the servo
amplifier for every operation cycle is converted into [PLS/s].
(e) Home position return re-travel value (#8006+20n, #8007+20n)
If the position stopped in the position specified with the travel value after
proximity dog ON using MT Developer2 is not zero point, it made to travel to
zero point by re-travel in the Motion CPU. The travel value (signed) of
making it travel to zero point by re-travel at this time is stored.
(Data does not change with the last value in the data setting type.)
(f) Servo amplifier display servo error code (#8008+20n)
This register stores the servo error code read from the servo amplifier.
The hexadecimal display is the same as the LED of servo amplifier.
Refer to the "Servo amplifier Instruction Manual" for details of the servo error
codes.
