POINT
(1) It is unusable in the SV22 real mode.
(2) The range of axis No.1 to 8 is valid in the Q172DCPU(-S1).
(3) The device area more than 9 axes as a user device.
However, when the project of Q172DCPU(-S1) is replaced with Q173DSCPU/
Q172DSCPU/Q173DCPU(-S1), this area cannot be used.
