set by the JOG operation simultaneous start axis setting register
(D710 to D713)

When the 2 axes simultaneous start switch
(PX000) turn on, the following JOG operation
is executed with speed of 150000 [mm/min].
[PX000 : 1 axis reverse, 2 axes forward]
Wait until PX001 and switching status
turn on, and axis 1, 2 start accept flag
turn off.
