A possible cause of permanently closed relay contacts in the SmartOutput
module may be the use of time zone control for time change-over.
Unintentional opening due to use with SmartOutput module
The opening behaviour with a SmartOutput module in conjunction with time
zone control deviates from the opening behaviour without the SmartOutput
module.
All relays in the SmartOutput module are switched.

If the controller or LSM do not respond to inputs or readout and
programming over the network fails, it may be that services are not running
correctly. Proceed as follows in this case:
