Before the DC can either produce or consume EOIP signals, it
requires the following configuration parameter:

A port value of 0 disables both the EOIP producer

The DC implements a dynamic web server so that run time data from
the PM 3000, as well as other web content desired, can be viewed by
any standard web browser on the network.
Configuring the Web Server
The DC's dynamic web server does not require any specific
configuration parameters from the PM 3000 during initialization.
