Identifies the device on a multi-drop network. 0 is typically
used by the DF1 master. 255 is the broadcast address
Parity, number of data bits, number of stop bits
0 = No parity, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit
1 = Odd parity, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit
2 = Even parity, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit
Specifies the minimum delay between characters that
indicates the end of a message packet. 0 = 3.5 character
times.
