Profile
This section defines the specific CIP Objects, Instances, Attributes and
Services supported by the
Powermonitor 3000 system. This information is of particular
importance to anyone wishing to integrate the Powermonitor 3000
system into existing or planned shop floor networks.
For the purposes of this device profile, it is the combination of both a
PM 3000 and an EtherNet/IP DC together which comprise a complete
Powermonitor 3000 system. That system is capable of providing the
user with access to a wide variety of power metering data via an
EtherNet I/P network. The data can be accessed either as instances of
the device's Assembly Object or in the familiar PCCC FILE:ELEMENT
notation.
This profile only documents objects with are either
TIP
proprietary or in some way altered from their generic
behavior. Standard CIP objects which are completely
generic in their interface are documented in the
EtherNET/IP Specification.
The Powermonitor 3000 system is represented on the EtherNet/IP
