200 Adaptive cruise control

Change the time gap

Move the control (2) upwards to reduce the time gap
and downwards to increase the time gap.
When the control (2) is moved, the current time gap is
shown in the display for a short while (see figure on
right). In the example shown, the next longest of the
five time gaps has been selected.

Note!
The lines indicates the current
distance. Five lines is the maximum.
Note!
Whenever the truck is started, the
third time gap is automatically
selected.
Note!
The actual distance will vary
depending on the speed of the truck.
