7 If the engine has air intake heating, turn the key to
the air intake heating position and release the key
8 Wait until the pre-heating symbol goes out
9 Start the engine
Run the starter motor by turning the key to the start
position. If the engine does not start, the starting
attempt will be automatically shut off after 15 seconds.
A new attempt can be made if the key is first turned
back to 0 position and then to the start position.
If the overheating protection is triggered, a message is
shown on the display when the overheating protection
is activated. The message shows how long the starter
motor must be allowed to cool before it will be
possible to try to start the truck again, usually 10–15
minutes.
10 Hold down the brake pedal for a few seconds to
enable the cruise control. The air suspension is
