5.3.3 +COLP, Connected Line Identification Presentation

This command relates to the GSM supplementary service called COLP (Connected Line Identification
Presentation), which enables a calling subscriber to obtain the connected line identity (COL) of the called
party after setting up a mobile-originated call with the Module. For example, after setting up a
mobile-originated call to one number that is forwarded to another number, the calling party will see the
number of that third party.
When this command is enabled (and the called subscriber permits it), the following intermediate result
code is returned:
+COLP: <number>,<type>[,<subaddr>,<satype>[,<alpha>]].
Note: This command is activated when COLP is supported by the network.

Remarks
The Set command enables/disables the
display of the COL at the TE on the Module.
The value set by this command is not
retained after a power cycle.
The Read command displays the status of
<n>. It also initiates a query of the COLP
service provision status and displays <m>.
The Test command displays the supported
values of <n>.
