13.1.5+MIPSETS, Set Size and Timeout for Automatic Push

This command causes the Module to set a watermark in the accumulating buffer and set timeout. When
the watermark is reached, data is pushed from the accumulating buffer into the protocol stack.
Timeout is used to define interval of time between MIPSEND command and time when data will be
automatically pushed from the accumulating buffer into the protocol stack.
Data chunks between the terminal and the Module are limited to be smaller than 600 characters (1200
