10.1.7+IFC, RTS/CTS Flow Control
This parameter controls the operation of the local flow control between the terminal and the Module during
the data state when V.42 error control is used, or when fallback to non-error control mode is specified to
include buffering and flow control. It accepts two numeric sub parameters:
• <DCE_by_DTE>: Specifies the method to be used by the terminal to control the flow of received data
from the Module.
• <DTE_by_DCE>: Specifies the method to be used by the Module to control the flow of transmitted data
from the terminal.
