■ Installing the Removable HDD
1) Install the HDD Unit to the HDD Slot.
2) Be sure to request the user to padlock the removable HDD to discourage theft.

Checking after Installation

1) Connect the power plug to the outlet.
2) Turn ON the main power switch.
3) Check that the HDD is recognized.
Select [service mode (level 1) > COPIER > Display > ACC-STS > HDD], and check that the
manufacturer's name and the model number are displayed.
