Check remote-end mux/regenerator operation.
Occurs when an OOF state persists, typically for 3 mS. Clears when an in-frame
condition exists continuously - typically 3 milliseconds.
Out of Frame (OOF) alarm detected in the regenerator. This is a critical alarm.
Pier equipment malfunction.
Check presence of other alarms.
Check operation of the remote-end mux/regenerator.
Occurs when consecutive frames (typically 4-5) are received with errored
patterns (A1/A2 bytes). Max time to detect is 625 uS - clears within 250 uS when
two consecutive frames are received with valid framing.
AIS detected in container x. This is a minor alarm.
Signal source for this container is not present.
Check the remote-end signal source.
Alarm is raised for 'All 1's in pointer bytes H1 and H2 for three consecutive
frames.
Loss of Pointer (LOP) detected in container x. This is a major alarm.
