Enable PoE on GigabitEthernet 1/0/4:

a. Click the Setup tab.
b. On the tab, click to select port GigabitEthernet 1/0/4 from the chassis front panel, and then
select Enable from the Power State list.
c. Click Apply.

After the configuration takes effect, the IP telephones and AP are powered and can operate correctly.
