Select the Licences page

Tick the Message Box License field

Select Update or Apply when ready.
If there are insufficient licences available this setting will not be saved.
MessageBox licences can be also assigned, removed or viewed for each User within Manager Assist.
Select Configuration Aids and then under Users select System Licences..
Once a MessageBox licence has been assigned the User will have use of the following facilities:
Listen to messages (as described in the Accessing Voicemail section from page 220).
Colleagues will be able to transfer calls to the User's voicemail (as described in the Leaving a
Message section from page 218).
Call recording (as described in the Call Recording section from page 256).
Further voicemail functionality can be provided to a User by configuring their Voicemail Enabled option as
follows:

In Manager select Users

From the Users list select the User required

Select the Voicemail page

Tick the Voicemail Enabled field

Select Update or Apply
Once this option has been enabled callers to a User's extension will be automatically transferred to
voicemail if the User's extension is busy or not answered as described in the Leaving a Message section
from page 218.
