This can be used to play a recording to the caller indicating that their call is not required, for
example. The WAV file must be stored in the FTP area of the Call Server. (For information on
how to place a WAV file in the FTP area please refer to the Configuring Music Channels section
on page 203.)

Each DDI Plan entry for the DDI numbers that this nuisance caller will be ringing must be
configured so that [] appears at the beginning of the Translate to field. If the Companies feature is
being used enter the relevant Company Name between the square brackets, eg [Blue Bird
Graphics]8010. Similar to the following examples:

After receiving a nuisance call the users of Naviage, PCS 60, 50, PCS 58x and 410/400 can now blacklist
the incoming CLI received with the call. Please refer to the relevant User manual for details on how to do
this within the application or handset.
A new Contact will be created in the Contacts database where the Contact Name will be
ZZZNUISANCE<IncomingCLI>, eg ZZZNUISANCE01923283838. The entry in the Direct Route To field will
also be copied into this new Contact
