UPDATE 2:
SYMPTOM
No image is developed on the rear side of the copy. All developer has moved to the front side of the
Development Unit.
CAUSE
The Paddle Roller Drive Gear is deformed and the Developer Transportation Roller inside the Paddle Roller
does not rotate properly.
SOLUTION
The paddle roller drive gear has been strengthened by adding ribs. The part number of the gear has not
been changed. The difference between the old style and new style gear is the number the ribs: (Old: 6 ribs,
New: 12 ribs)
