SOLUTIONS:
1. Install firmware "level R" or later. To increase the reliability of accurate toner overflow detection, the
"Near Full" message is displayed after the toner signal is ON for 500 consecutive copies.
2. To prevent the connector pins from being damaged the material of the pins has been changed. The part
number of the Joint Harness (A2323995) has not been changed.
NOTE: The new style Joint Harness has been included with the Right Door Switch Enhancement Kit.

UNITS AFFECTED:
All copiers manufactured after the Serial Numbers listed below will have the new style Joint Harness
installed during production.
