Selecting/Changing a Job Flow Sheet
Job flow is a feature for executing a series of registered actions.
When using CentreWare EasyOperator to select registered a job flow on a network
computer, select job flow sheets from this list.

Select a job flow sheet.
Note
Refresh
Displays refreshed information.
Sheet Filtering
Displays the [Sheet Filtering] screen. You can filter the job flow sheets displayed.

Details

Displays the [Details] screen. You can check, edit, copy, and delete the job flow sheet.

Edit
Displays the [Edit] screen. This screen allows you to change the job flow settings.

• To enable communication with network computers, [SOAP Port] must be enabled on the
machine.
• A job flow sheet created on a network computer can be deleted, but cannot be changed or
copied.
• A job flow stored on the pool server cannot be changed, copied, or deleted. However,
editable items can be temporarily edited for use.
• Displayed job flows may vary
depending on the user
authentication feature. Refer
to "Job Flow Sheet Types"
(P.409).
• Select [
] to return to the
previous screen or [
] to
move to the next screen.
• You can sort the list in
ascending or descending order by pressing either [Name] or [Last Updated].
• Permitted job flow operation depends on the owner type, Authentication setting, and user
type. For more information, refer to "Authentication for Job Flow Sheet and Mailbox" (P.409).
