Replacing Crankshaft Sleeve
1. Remove the used crankshaft sleeve.
2. Set the sleeve guide (2) to the crankshaft gear (4).
3. Heat a new sleeve (3) to a temperature between 150 and 200 °C
(302 and 392 °F), and fix the sleeve to the crankshaft as shown
in figure.
4. Press fit the sleeve using the auxiliary socket for pushing (1).
(Refer to "8. SPECIAL TOOLS" at "G. GENERAL" section.)
NOTE
• Mount the sleeve with its largely chamfered surface facing
outward.
• Keep the space (A) between the edge of the crankshaft gear
and the crankshaft sleeve.

Replacing Flywheel Housing Oil Seal
1. Remove the used oil seal.
2. Clean the new flywheel housing oil seal (2) and apply engine oil
to it.
3. Install the new oil seal (2) to the specific position using replacing
tool (1). (Refer to "8. SPECIAL TOOLS" at "G. GENERAL"
section.)

Replacing Front Cover Oil Seal
1. Remove the used front cover oil seal.
2. Clean a new front cover oil seal (2) and apply engine oil to it.
3. Install the new oil seal (2) using replacing tool (1). (Refer to "8.
SPECIAL TOOLS" at "G. GENERAL" section.)
