Carburetor Removal - Honda TRX450R Service Manual

FUEL SYSTEM ('04 - '05)
Remove the three mounting bolts, wire clamp and
the air cleaner housing from the frame.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
CARBURETOR REMOVAL
Remove the fuel tank (page 3-9).
Disconnect the drain hose from the carburetor.
Disconnect the carburetor heater 2P and throttle
position sensor 3P connectors, and remove their
wires from the clamp.
