Mechanical Seal Replacement - Honda TRX450R Service Manual

COOLING SYSTEM
Remove the right crankcase cover ('04 - '05: page
13-5, After '05: page 14-5).
Remove the impeller and washer from the water
pump shaft.
Remove the water pump shaft from the right crank-
case cover.

Remove the water pump shaft bearing using the

Remove the oil seal.
