CYLINDER HEAD/VALVE
Install the two dowel pins and a new gasket.
CHAIN GUIDE
Route the cam chain through the cylinder head and I CHAIN
install the cylinder head. " — —
Apply engine oil to the threads and seating surfaces
of the cylinder head nuts and install them with the
washers.
Tighten the four nuts in a crisscross pattern in sev-
eral steps.
TORQUE: 54 N m (5.5 kgf-m, 40 Ibf-ft)
Install the two cylinder head bolts. Tighten the cylin-
der bolt and head bolts alternately.
