Carburetor Disassembly - Honda TRX450R Service Manual

FUEL SYSTEM (After '05)
Release the throttle stop screw cable from the
clamp.
THROTTLE STOP SCREW CABLE
Loosen the insulator band screw.
Remove the carburetor to the rear.
CARBURETOR DISASSEMBLY
JET NEEDLE/THROTTE VALVE
Loosen the screw and remove the insulator band.
Remove the fuel hose, air vent hose and overflow
hose.

BAND SCREW
Release the carburetor switch wire and throttle posi-
tion sensor wire from the clamp.
Remove the bolts, wire clamp, top cover and O-ring. '
