COOLING SYSTEM
Tighten the water pump impeller.
TORQUE: 12 N-m (1.2 kgf m, 9 Ibf-ft)
Install a new O-ring into the water pump cover
groove.
Remove the dowel pins into the right crankcase
cover.
Install the water pump cover and tighten the two
bolt securely.
Install the drain bolt with a new sealing washer and
tighten it securely.
Connect the bypass hose and radiator lower hose to
the water pump cover, and tighten the hose band
screws securely.
Fill and bleed the cooling system (page 9-7).
