You must configure the IP Phone 1150E before you can use it. Use
Procedure 80 "Configuring an IP Phone 1150E" (page 409)

CAUTION
Damage to Equipment
Do not plug your IP Phone 1150E into an ISDN connection.
Severe damage can result.
Action
Configure a virtual loop on the Call Server using LD 97.
For more information about configuring a virtual loop, see IP
Line Fundamentals (NN43100-500) and Software Input Output
Administration (NN43001-611).
Configure the IP Phone 1150E on the Call Server using LD 11. At
the prompt, enter the following:
REQ: chg
TYPE: 1150
For more information about configuring the IP Phone 1150E using
LD 11, see Software Input Output Administration (NN43001-611).
CAUTION
The IP Phone 1150E is shipped with the stand locked
in position. To avoid damaging the IP Phone, press the
wall-mount lever located under the base to release the
stand and pull it away from the phone.
