    About the Nortel IP Phone 2002 IP Phone 2002 models There are two models of the IP Phone 2002, referred to as Phase 1 and Phase 2. The Phase 2 models have some features that are not available on the Phase 1 models. To determine the model of your telephone, turn the telephone over and locate the label containing the product code (NT code).
