Open Network Connections via 1. Run or 2. Command Prompt (running the command "ncpa.cpl"). Select the
desired PC's Ethernet adapter and edit the TCP/IPv4 properties accordingly.

Open the Command Prompt with Administrator privileges. If requested, accept it (Yes) for User Account Con-
trol. Enter the "netsh interface ipv4 set address" command line. For example:
netsh interface ipv4 set address name=Ethernet static 192.168.1.15 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1.
