opens WebLink's Terminal interface, where serial commands can be sent, responses from the

reader can be shown, and reader output can be displayed.

Important: The Terminal is for advanced users only. It may be possible to send invalid commands to the

reader using the Terminal that cause unexpected results in WebLink

and/or the reader.
