I. Replacing the fusing heater lamp /3
NOTE
• Be careful not to touch the lamp section of the fusing heater lamp /3 with bare hands. When
touched, be sure to clean it with the roller cleaner.
(1) Periodically replaced parts/cycle
• Fusing heater lamp /3: Every 3,000,000 prints

Pull out the ADU from the main

Open the fusing heating roller assembly.

Cut off the wire binding band [1] and remove the
connector [2].
Cut off the wire binding band [3].
use a heat-resistant one.
Remove the screw [4] and then remove the wir-
ing harness clamp [5].
Remove the faston terminal [6].
the manufacturer's mark in this side.
to insert it securely.
Remove the screw [7] and then remove the fixing
plate /Rr [8].
to set the positioning hole [9] to the projection
[10] of the fusing heating roller assembly.
Remove the screw [11] and then remove the fix-
ing plate /Fr [12].
to set the positioning hole [13] to the projec-
tion [14] of the fusing heating roller assembly.
