Preparing and Installing the DLW Syringe
1 Prepare the DLW Syringe by inserting the DLW Plunger Holder.
It is critical that syringes be primed before beginning sample preparation. Prime every liquid

a First, move the plunger manually down to the stop position.
b Release a slight amount of pressure to the plunger tip by pulling a
fraction of a mm backwards.
c Install the DLW Plunger Holder and tighten the Allen screw (Allen Key
#6) firmly.
