Description
This tests the functionality of the Injection Unit (Head). Two tests can be
activated by the function keys:
F1Check Plg: The stepper motor of the plunger drive is tested. Sensor
check.
F2Check Z: The vial detection sensor and Needle Guide Blocking function
is tested.
These tests are only required if any erratic behavior of the System is
observed. In such cases contact a representative of Agilent Technologies.
X-Limit = Actual status of X-axis sensor. Move the X-Y-Carriage manually
across the limit switch to verify activation of the sensor.
Y-Limit = Actual status of X-axis sensor. Move the Y-axis manually to the
Y-zero point (at X-axis), crossing over the limit switch to verify activation of
the sensor.
Z-Limit = Actual status of Z-axis sensor. Move the syringe slider assembly
manually up to the zero Z-axis point, crossing over the limit switch to verify
activation of the sensor.
Aux1 Limit = Actual status of Aux1 limit sensor
Aux2 Limit = Actual status of Aux2 limit sensor
Plg –Pos = Actual status of Plg –Pos
Needle Guide = Actual status of needle guide sensor
