piston.

INSTALLA TION
(1) Assign pist on t o t h e cylin der bor e.
(2) Usin g t h e a ppr opr ia t e clea n en gin e oil, oil pis-
t on pin a n d con n ect in g r od bu sh in g.

CAUTION: Assemble the piston and connecting rod
so that the arrow is pointing in the direction of
travel (in the opposite direction of power flow). The
marking on the connecting rod is pointing toward
the inlet side.
(3) Assem ble pist on a n d con n ect in g r od (F ig. 41).
(4) In ser t pist on pin by h a n d (F ig. 41).
CAUTION: Care must be taken not to damage the
piston.
