Mail Server The name or IP address of the SMTP mail
server on your network
Mail Port The port on the server used for mail.
Usually 25.
Use Secure Login Indicates whether a username and
password are required to log in to the
network
TRUE = password required
FALSE = no password required
If "FALSE," you don't need to enter
username or password.
Username The username for logging into the network,
if necessary
Password The password for logging into the network,
if necessary
Email Error
SmartPAC 2 cannot receive e-mail. This
Recipient address receives the message issued
when an e-mail fails to be delivered
E-mail From Name listed on the e-mail as who sent the
Name message. Some networks require a
particular format of "from" name.
Wintriss E-mail The e-mail address for Wintriss Tech
Addr Support. Use default unless instructed
otherwise.

Information Technology or Information Systems person will make these settings if necessary.

SETTING STATIC IP ADDRESS
SmartPAC 2 comes from the factory set up for a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol
(DHCP) network, which automatically assigns IP addresses. If your network requires static
IP addresses, have the person who supports your network contact Wintriss Tech Support for
assistance in setting up SmartPAC 2 with a static IP address.
