SmartPAC 2 with WPC Integration
Check Top Stop After You Change Top Stop Angle
Make sure the press is in INCH mode and the Prog/Run key points toward Run. Cycle the
press several times and each time record the angle at which it stops.
• If the press stops consistently between 358° and 2° , the Top Stop Angle is correct.
Go to the next section, "Prepare to Install Magnet for Overrun Limit Sensor," to
install the overrun limit sensor magnet.
• If the press does not stop consistently between 358° and 2° , repeat setting the Top
Stop Angle, from "Determine the Correct Top Stop Angle," page 109. The New Top
Stop Angle that you just set now becomes the "Old Top Stop Angle" in the
instructions.
• If, after resetting the Top Stop Angle two or more times, the press does not stop
between 358° and 2° , contact Wintriss Tech Support.
